Lou Harvey-Zahra is a mother of two, primary and special needs trained teacher, playgroup leader and author. Her book is 'Turning Tears into Laughter: Creative Discipline for the Toddler to Preschool Years’.

Lou’s book explains how to use play, rhythm and food choices to establish positive behaviours and the use of the creative discipline tools of asking the question ‘why?’ re-direction, changing the environment, the power of praise, and clever choices. .
